DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer Royal Mail First Class Post or Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders received by 2PM will ship on the next working day.

Our parcels are a little too big to go through most letterboxes, so someone may need to be in to receive the parcel. Please ensure that the delivery address provided is correct at the time of ordering, unfortunately are unable to replace brownies dispatched to the wrong address.

Currently we are only offering delivery to mainland UK.  

COLLECTION

If you're lucky enough to live in or near Bournemouth, you are welcome to collect the order from us. Please select pick-up when you place your order & we'll be in touch with details on how to collect.
